I have thick 4B/4C hair and have issues with regular ponytail holders. The wrap around method with the Slate hair tie is exactly what I have been missing from my hair supplies! I am able to achieve the right amount of tension without the tension headaches. Well done!
Could be better for thick 4c hair. I usually use a shoestring to do my pineapple. I like my pineapples big for more volume so not tight like a puff. The current length is too tight for super thick 4c hair. If the creators come out with different lengths I think it would be beneficial.
