I absolutely love these scrunchies! I have big long curly hair, so it has spared me a lot of frustration while putting my hair in and out of a ponytail. It has simplified my hair routine so much

Great for tighter hairstyles

I have straight coarse hair for reference and I would say this works well for hairstyles where I need my ponytail tighter—atleast for my hair type. I cant do a loose ponytail with this. One wrap around my hair, the hair tie just falls off. Two wraps around my hair, it's already tight. Tight as in, I just used a normal hair tie type of tightness. You know when you use your hand to gather your hair in a ponytail and it looks good but once you tie it, it doesn’t look the same as when you were just holding it? That's what I was hoping for this scrunchie to also do. Where it can allow tight AND loose ponytail.

My suggestion would be to have another version that is a bit longer. Two wraps of a longer one I think would do a looser ponytail for me. I actually dont know if this will work in theory. A shorter one than this one I think wouldnt work because you wont be able to wrap it properly.

This is my first real silk hair tie and I'm really excited about it! I really appreciated that they made this with real silk and not cheap out. I love this innovation and I hope Slate can consider my suggestion.
