Order Fulfillment Processing

  • Our current order fulfillment time is an estimated 4-6 working business days excluding national holidays. Expect an email within 3-7 business days to let you know when your order is on the way!

Domestic Shipping 

  • We are currently shipping to the United States with an estimated fulfillment and shipping time at 3-14 working business days 

Pre-Orders

  • When placing a pre-order with us, please be mindful of potential delays, especially during high-volume seasons when many orders are placed. We will notify you of your item(s) estimated arrival time through email communications. If your package is delayed beyond the designated time communicated via email, please contact us at support@slatehaircare.com and place "Shipping Delay" in your subject line. 

Shipping prices are determined at checkout and may be subject to variation based on your order quantity and volume. 

Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@slatehaircare.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
